Do I need to set state-level geographic targeting in Webmaster Tools?

Matt's answer:
Gus in, I think it’s Massachusetts, it says MA asks: “Should a Hawaii, an Hawaii tourist business that wants to attract visitors from all over the world specify Hawaii as a geographic target in Webmaster Tools?” Well, I have bad news for you Gus, you can only specify at a country level in Google Webmaster Tools. So currently we don’t have the ability to say I’m at the state level, or I’m at this metro level or anything like that. So, don’t worry about it I guess.
